Audio-video recordings

In Hungary the use of audio and audio-visual tools during the shopping situation model is a relatively new element of our service scale.

The traditional observing (test sheet) test shopping situation can be extended by recording the situation between the customer and the seller in audio or audio-visual form. Apart from the processed data these conversations can be reviewed by the client.

It is important to emphasise both the advantages and disadvantages of this technology. This technology indicates the survey conducted according to strictly objective viewpoints. The reason for this is that during the test shopping recorded by audio or audio-visual equipment the customer cannot really behave naturally. The inspector appearance cannot be avoided as – although virtually – a third person is present at the test.

The third most important source of our operation – both in literal and figurative sense – is the market and customer sensitive team of colleagues, who are committed to quality during the completion of all tasks and assignments.

Focus team, InDepth interviews

The focus team analysis is an efficient method to search for so called existing solution variations. The main goal is the evaluation of the current consumer ”solutions”, and the purposive exploration of possible problems of the customers

MS FollowUp Focus / InDepth Interview

After the test shopping we have the opportunity to organise focus team conversations with the control of the moderator in our own focus room equipped with a detective mirror. The conversations will be conducted with 6-8 test shopper per examined target group. Test shoppers will be chosen from the Shoppers participating in the given test round. The aim of this is the wider exploration of customer experiences with the help of team dynamism, and the deeper examination of the positive and negative factors affecting satisfaction.

If the client requires it, our company can carry out an in-depth interview with any of the test shoppers participating in the given test round with a professional interrogator. The aim of this is to be completely familiar with experiences of the individual. This conversation is recorded in audio and video forms.

Traditional focus team

Based on the specified criteria we organise focus team conversations with 6-8 customers (not Shoppers!), who – with the help of a moderator – tell their opinion, experiences about products, shoppings, services and the using of these during this 30-60 minutes long informal but directed conversation his conversation will be recorded and evaluated; the results will be shipped 4-6 days after the event.

We record all our material both in analogue (VHS) and digital (.avi, .mp3) forms. The recordings are available to our Clients categorised both on analogue and digital data carriers.

Observation (passive and active)

The targeted observation of the selling places and the service process of own or competitor company, which also can be completed with subjective opinion of Shoppers.

In-Home F2F interview

Relying on our nation-wide database of test shoppers we undertake nation-wide informative examinations on representative or target group level, and in-home face-to-face surveys. Our Shoppers choose the subjects from the specified target group based on the given criteria, and since these tests are made with the recording of the names and phone numbers, they can be checked by our colleagues.

Quantitative examinations

Relying on our nation-wide team of elite interrogators we undertake nation-wide representative examinations on representative or target group level.
